2. Appointment and Cancellation Policy
- All therapy sessions require prior appointment scheduling.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule the session.
- Missed appointments without prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Payment and Fees
- Fees for therapy sessions must be paid in advance or on the same day of the session.
- Payment modes accepted: Cash, Bank Transfer, UPI, and Online Payments.
- No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled sessions without prior notice.
4. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- All client information, including medical history and therapy progress, is kept strictly confidential.
- Personal data will only be used for therapeutic purposes and will not be shared without consent.
5. Therapy Sessions and Parental Involvement
- Parental involvement is encouraged for the best outcomes in therapy.
- Sessions may be observed by parents/guardians upon request.
- Recording or sharing therapy sessions without consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Code of Conduct
- We maintain a safe and respectful environment for children, parents, and therapists.
- Any form of harassment, misconduct, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
7. Health and Safety Guidelines
- Parents must inform therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs before therapy.
- Children with contagious illnesses are advised to avoid attending sessions until recovery.
8. Teletherapy Services
- Online therapy sessions require a stable internet connection and a quiet environment.
- Parents must ensure their child’s active participation during the session.
9. Modification of Terms
Buds to Blossom reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via official channels.
